Position Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION
PIMCO's Contingent Workforce Center (CWC) is a centralized program within the Human Resources department that leads the firm's non-IT U.S. based temporary recruitment efforts, supplier relationship management, and support of the workforce. The CWC team is the central point of contact for internal hiring managers, temporary workers, and suppliers. HR is seeking a Recruiting Operations Contingent Workforce Center (CWC) Associate to join the Total Rewards - People Operations team. This role will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment across functional business areas with an emphasis on Technology, Administrative Support, Human Resources, and Marketing. The CWC Associate will have the opportunity to further increase technical expertise and gain exposure to PIMCO's Human Capital Management (HCM) system, Workday. Additionally, the CWC Associate will be a valuable contributor in the team's focus on continuous improvement by finding opportunities and supporting implementation of process and technology enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Data and Systems
•Utilize Beeline (vendor management system) to manage relationships with external vendors and hiring managers
•Provide day-to-day support in the full life cycle recruitment process of contingent hires
•Support technology system integration of Beeline and Workday, PIMCO's HCM

Core HR Foundational Knowledge
•Manage interview coordination and logistics
•Address supplier questions
•Coordinate interviews and search update meetings
•Facilitate onsite interview and provide a best in class candidate experience
•Work with suppliers to execute or execute background checks for new temporary workers to required standards; escalate discrepancies following the firm's adjudication guidelines
•Process mandatory Compliance documentation internally as pre-clearance for any new temporary workers
•Oversee billing and invoicing process with suppliers
•Administer weekly timecard approval workflow
•Manage relationships with external vendors (staffing firms) including the vetting of new and existing partnerships, conducting supplier calls, and providing feedback
•Support the firm's Business Continuity Program (BCP) policies by collecting and maintaining emergency contact information for all contingent workforce

Continuous Improvement
•Partner with Recruiting Operations to ensure operational excellence is consistent with full time recruitment efforts
•Partner with vendors (staffing firms) and internal stakeholders to determine KPIs and SLAs; once KPIs and SLAs have been created ensure that vendors are meeting these expectations

Employee Experience and Projects
•Partner with hiring managers to validate sourcing requirements
•Manage workflows to ensure timely approvals
•Train new hiring managers and colleagues on the hiring process
•Work closely with cross-functional HR team, interface with the business as applicable to provide CWC recruiting operations support
•Take on and be part of projects related to role and provide meaningful contributions

Communication
•Provide consistent follow up, guidance and timely responses to candidates, hiring managers, HR colleagues and various stakeholders
•Communicate and collaborate effectively with employees, various stakeholders and team members
•Develop credibility and trust and build mutually respected relationships with the People Operations team, across global HR colleagues, employees and other stakeholders

Position Requirements:

•Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferably in Business, Management or Finance
•Strong technology skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
•Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills required
•Knowledge and Skills

o1-2+ years experience with Recruiting Operations

oPrior experience in Workday (preferred)

•Abilities

oDemonstrated track record with creative sourcing methods via networking, organizations, internet, referrals, investment data providers, and direct recruiting

oProven ability to provide outstanding client services to the candidates as well as client base; serve as an ambassador, representing PIMCO in the candidate market

oStrong credibility and presence, and the ability to influence hiring managers across a variety of personalities

oRobust interviewing/assessment skills and ability to influence and close candidates in highly competitive situations

oCompletes tasks with accuracy and speed and has strong ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maturity

oPrioritizes workload independently, self-motivated and able to handle tasks with supervision

oAble to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, energetic and ever-evolving environment
