Portfolio Analyst

Based out of Woodcliff Lake, Bergen County, NJ: 

- prepare and present weekly model portfolio updates and suggestions for Investment Committee 

- oversee client portfolio rebalancing and tax management at the direction of the Investment Committee 

- build and manage investment grade corporate, tax-exempt municipal, and taxable municipal bond ladders on behalf of firm clients. Work with Trading Desk and other parties to facilitate transactions. 

- provide portfolio analysis solutions to advisors seeking to onboard new business. Includes detailed analysis of the client’s current allocation compared to risk-appropriate Firm model portfolios and the ability to provide and implement a detailed transition strategy for the onboarding process. 

- prepare biweekly market commentary to update advisors on key economic trends and portfolio model updates. 

- prepare monthly market commentary for distribution to Firm clients and prospects on key economic trends (but not portfolio updates) 

- interface directly with clients and client relationship manager during the onboarding and periodic review processes

Prerequisites: 

- CFA (charter holder)

- Series 7

- Series 66 

- Proficiency with Bloomberg and/or FactSet 

- Envestnet experience preferable but not required 

- 4+ years of relevant industry experience
