Position Description:

We are seeking an Associate to join our Corporate Marketing team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to plan and activate internal and external marketing programs across a number of the firm's corporate platforms including, but not limited to, Inclusion and Diversity, Purpose at PIMCO, HR/Recruiting and Corporate Programs such as our Women and Investing Program.

This position will be located in PIMCO's Newport Beach, CA or Solana Beach, CA office.

Responsibilities:
  • Support and/or own the execution of our Corporate Marketing strategy
  • Support delivery of significant marketing projects including campaign development, socialization, implementation, and measurement
  • Lead tasks across multiple projects to stay organized and meet deadlines across multiple projects
  • Collect research, data and trends to uncover audience and competitive insights
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure alignment and to meet deadlines and see projects through to completion
  • Develop presentations to convey strategy, information and ideas


Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Liberal Arts
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing and brand experience with a focus on internal and external engagement, preferably within the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of emerging marketing tactics and strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as the Adobe platform
  • Enthusiasm to learn more about the investment management industry
  • Ability to analyze data to identify takeaways and opportunities for optimization and present these findings to stakeholders
