Checchi Capital Advisers, LLC ("CCA") is a quantitatively driven, independent Registered Investment Adviser located in Beverly Hills. We are looking to hire a Wealth Adviser to help us advise existing clients, foster new relationships, and grow AUM.
The candidate must have an entrepreneurial attitude, a strong business development mindset, and an orientation for building relationships to create a client-centric, fee-only, advice-based business.
Once hired, advisors will go through a comprehensive training program that will help them refine a professional narrative, build a business plan, and identify target client profiles/markets to jumpstart their careers at CCA.
Essential Responsibilities:
-Drive AUM by developing relationships with new clients and centers of influence in the greater Southern California area
-Advise and support clients and prospects on investment strategy and wealth planning needs
-Champion CCA’s investment philosophy and strategies throughout the industry and marketplace - educating prospects and clients on capital markets, investment theory, taxes, and estate planning
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
-An entrepreneurial spirit with high energy and passion; a self-starter
-Excellent written communication skills, particularly with regards to conveying technical investment approaches and key selling points in a clear compelling manner
-A competitive but collaborative personality with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
