Who we are looking for
We are looking for a strong individual contributor to help evolve our division's infrastructure and application change management program. The DevOps Administrator/Developer is the technical expert on the emerging technology stack. The individual will assist in developing the solutions, operationalizing the new technologies and helping drive adoption across the organization.

Candidates should have 7-10 years of technical experience in either development or infrastructure roles, preferably in an enterprise setting. Experience with CI/CD and DevOps, DevSecOps is critical as well as traditional change management roles as we transition to a new software stack and emerging technologies.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As the DevOps Administrator/Developer you will
  • Build new tech stack within Change Management team
  • Drive adoption of DevOps and DevSecOps across the organization
  • Evaluate new versions and alternative solutions to existing technologies
  • Develop new change management processes and operational excellence
  • Evaluate existing processes/tools and lead continuous improvement projects
  • Create/maintain training documentation
  • Create and maintain change management tool maintenance schedules
  • Assist with post-implementation release reviews for improvement opportunities
  • Participate in all architecture meetings to drive outcomes supporting the emerging tech
  • Maintain compliance with audit controls and security standards
  • Drive adoption of CI/CD across develop teams as software stack refresh progresses

  • Experience with technologies like Ansible, Docker, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Maven
  • Experience in conversion to cloud (Public or Private) and containerization

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • BS degree preferred within a technology discipline
  • 7-10 years technology experience in escalating roles of responsibility
  • Experience in weekly and monthly release cycles
  • Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW)
  • Experience communicating with both internal and external clients
