- Research and analyze market levels, trading activity, and security fundamental valuations.
- Identify relative value opportunities in the CMBS market
- Execute buying/selling activity in CMBS, as necessary
- Assist with daily market commentaries
- Assist broader Securitized team in gathering and analyzing market data for presentations,
- both internally and externally.
- Monitor and maintain trading volume information and liquidity in the market place
- Help monitor and maintain trading color databases
- Assist with monthly position performance surveillance
Required Qualifications
- 2-5+yrs trading and/or analyzing CMBS
- Proficient in Bloomberg, Intex, Excel
Professional Skills Qualifications
- Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
- Strong interest in investment management industry
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer proficiency in 1010data (Excel add-in)
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, STEM, or a related field
