Essential Duties
  • Oversee syndicated loan activities including understanding Agent notices related to borrowings, delay-draw fundings, restructures, and rollovers.
  • Review reconciliations for position, paydown, interest, and accrual; and perform research through WSOWeb and Markit Notice Manager platforms.
  • Interacts with custodians, Fund Administrators, loan Agencies to resolve positions and cash discrepancies. Support month-end books closing processes.
  • Coordinate internally with other members of the Reconciliation, CLO, Settlements, & Corporate Actions groups to ensure trades, amendments, paydowns, and interests are processed timely and accurately in the accounting system.
  • Support SOC 1 audit requirements, and response to various audit inquires within the firm.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with various departments in addressing bank loan activities relating to valuations, accrues, contracts, and amortizations.
  • Support projects, automation, and build processes and improvements.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics or similar field
  • At least 3 year of experience with fixed income investments including bank loans, preferably with a buy-side asset manager
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required

Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Bloomberg, Clear Par, Intralinks, Lend Amend, SyndTrak, Debt Domain, WSO a plus
