Position Description:

We are strengthening our analytics effort in a number of key areas at the firm including securitized products, emerging markets, foreign exchange and rates. We are seeking several quantitative developers who can work on projects ranging from implementation of prepayment, credit, stochastic interest rate models and gain broad exposure to an array of financial instruments.

For any of these teams, it's a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to securitized products and a sophisticated analytics platform for fixed income products in a high-performance computing environment in cloud.

Securitized Product
  • This team ideally seeks someone with intex cmo library as well as mortgages data like Loan Performance and/or EMBS data.
  • Ideally the candidate has hands-on experience in premier sell-side firms directly in support of modeling efforts and/or trading desks, and is capable of working in a dynamic environment.
  • This person thrives in an environment with rapid iterations while managing to fit the implementation in a strategic analytics platform.
  • Work with team to analyze interest rates, home price index along with integrating prepayment and credit model with collateral cash flow.


Emerging Markets, Foreign Exchange, Interest Rates
  • The team has a broad understanding of fixed income products and interest rate curves in both developed and emerging market.
  • This is a hands-on role in a highly productive environment. This job requires constant interactions with quants in rates and EM domain. It includes integration with Beacon Platform, high performance computing using grid at AWS.


Analytics Platform
  • Team seeks quantitative developers to enhance our firm-wide analytics platform which provides pre-trade and risk valuations across entire fixed income universe.
  • It is a great opportunity to get broad exposure in fixed income technologies such as parallel computing, cloud computing, messaging, caching. database, and file system.


Position Requirements:

  • Minimum Master's degree in computer science, mathematics or other STEM-related degree. Graduation from a top school in CS or Math is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on working experience on financial software engineering in C++ and Python, with minimum of 3 years on securitized products development such as residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, and asset backed securities for the securitized team. For other groups, directly supporting fixed income trading is preferred.
  • Experience with intex cmo api and strong understanding of how deal structure and cash flow worked in securitized products.
  • 2-3 years of working experience in implementation of interest rate curves, and/or financial instruments in EM and FX space a decided advantage for the Emerging Markets team.
