Responsible for managing a large portfolio of complex client relationships, This position services and broadens relationships of existing clients in the areas of credit and deposit services. Manages complex credit and deposit relationships for individuals, corporations and partnerships. Develops and cultivates relationships with new and existing clients becoming a trusted advisor. Gains an intimate understanding of the client and client's family enabling a consultative relationship to provide solutions and develop new banking, fiduciary and investment management opportunities.
•Manages the most complex banking, credit and treasury management client relationships and identifies opportunities for investment management and fiduciary services
•Proactively communicates with client on emerging issues, bank products/services, and legal/regulatory changes translating the impact on our client's activities and banking services
•Identifies opportunities and develops an on-going marketing strategy for specific clients
•Proactively advises and consults with clients as it relates to Goals Driven Wealth Management
•Applies in-depth knowledge of credit policy, banking products as well as risk management in providing the best solutions and developing new opportunities
•Assists borrowers in managing risk, including interest rate risk thru the use special pricing conditions and interest rates Swaps
•Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult
•Responsible for direct interaction with different committees and/or management
•Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas
•Leads others to solve complex problems
•Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions
  • Extensive credit and relationship management experience
  • Proven ability to develop new business
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Substantial Financial analysis and client servicing experience
  • May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
  • Knowledge of applicable industry laws and regulations and completion of the lending program is required to evaluate credit risk
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
  • •Highly flexible and adaptable to change
Salary range: $198,000-$220,000. Salary range is an estimate of base pay.
